Col de Vars – Jauziers
The Col de Vars is a 2109 meter high mountain pass in the French Alps. The climb itself is fine to drive and perhaps one of the easiest climbs in this area. The roads are good and the descent great! The col was climbed in the Tour de France for the first time in 1947. In total the Col de Vars was 20 times part of a Tour stage. In our collection Route des Grandes Alpes the Vars can be climbed from both sides.
